We are working with a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Manchester who are looking for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute data-driven campaigns across multiple channels for our diverse client base. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketer to join a collaborative team and make a real impact.
What you will do
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing, etc.)
- Lead and manage digital campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution and reporting
- Conduct client consultations, gather requirements, and build tailored marketing strategies
- Analyse performance metrics and create actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and SEMrush
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet performance goals
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver engaging campaigns
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
- Mentor junior marketing staff and oversee quality assurance on campaigns
- Report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency setting
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Email Marketing
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimise performance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Client-facing experience with ability to manage relationships and expectations
- Experience with team leadership or mentoring is a plus
- Relevant certifications (Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) desirable
