A few quick questions & answers

What is your agency fee?

We work at a very competitive 10% of the starting salary. That is our fee and that will never change. We operate 100% online and have very little overheads so we can pass this down the line to you.

Will our requirement be a priority?

The quick answer is, yes of course. We're a small and experienced agency. We don't have sales teams and targets. If we have agreed to work with you on a role, that means you're the twinkle in our eye.

How many CV's will you send us?

This really depends on you. We only ever send over CV's for review of candidates we feel really hit the mark. But if you want to see no more than five CV's for a position, then no more than five CV's it is. 

How do you find your candidates?

As experienced recruiters we search via various sources. We have our exclusive internal database of candidates, we also use select job boards and we have a number of digital marketing networks. We're very different from a traditional recruitment agency.

How much experience do you have?

We have an awesome mix of experience. Over 15 years across recruitment and also over 14 years working in digital marketing teams.
