Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning marketing agency based in Chester, known for delivering creative, high-impact digital campaigns for national and international brands. They’re now looking for a strategic and connected Digital PR Manager to join their team and lead on media outreach, link-building campaigns, and digital storytelling.
As a Digital PR Manager, you’ll take ownership of PR strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You’ll work closely with SEO, content, and social teams to deliver newsworthy campaigns that drive backlinks, build brand authority, and boost online visibility.
What you will do
- Develop and lead Digital PR strategies across B2C and B2B campaigns.
- Create compelling media stories, news hooks, and data-led campaigns that attract top-tier coverage and backlinks.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media outlets.
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align PR with search strategy.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, coverage, and link acquisition.
- Identify trends and emerging stories relevant to client industries for reactive PR opportunities.
- Manage junior team members and freelancers where required.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Digital PR or traditional PR with a digital/SEO focus.
- Proven track record of securing high-authority coverage and backlinks (national and niche press).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using data and research to inform campaign ideas.
- Strong understanding of SEO and how Digital PR contributes to organic growth.
- Existing media relationships are a huge bonus.
