Social Media Manager – Online Retail - Central London

We’re hiring on behalf of an established and fast-growing online retail brand with a strong presence across the UK and Europe. The company is known for its trend-led product range and loyal customer base. With a bold voice and an eye for aesthetics, the brand is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and elevate its online presence across key platforms.

As Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice and visual lead for the brand across all social platforms. From strategy to execution, you’ll be responsible for driving growth, engagement, and conversions through creative storytelling, influencer partnerships, and data-driven campaigns.

What you will do

Develop and execute the brand’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely, trend-aligned, and brand-consistent posts.
Collaborate with the in-house creative team to produce scroll-stopping visuals and videos.
Lead influencer campaigns, including sourcing talent, outreach, and relationship management.
Analyse campaign performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights to drive decisions.
Monitor social trends and platform updates to keep the brand on the cutting edge.
Manage community engagement, respond to DMs and comments, and drive positive brand conversations.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in a social media role, ideally within online retail or e-commerce.
Deep understanding of content strategy, influencer marketing, and community building.
Portfolio of social media campaigns or content you’ve led or created.
Comfortable being hands-on with planning tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards.
A keen eye for detail, design, and brand tone of voice.
Social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn
Scheduling tools: Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
